I have a wonderful, adoring husband, and we are blessed with 3 precious babies, Charlotte-Amélie Rose, born 06.07.08; Elliott Alexander Daniel, born 03.12.10; and Juliette Elodie Rachelle, just born 10.04.11. We have 3 wonderful little Maltese dogs: Hamlet, Ophelia, & their puppy Beatrix .

Unfortunately we don't really have any babysitting options around here... so we're feeling a bit gloomy about not being able to do anything fun. We're not getting away this year either... but on a positive note, we bought some 'creme brulee' desserts at Trader Joe's and some french-style beverage to celebrate on Monday after the kids are asleep. So... I guess that will suffice. I just need to learn the lesson of contentment ;o)
I totally understand...You should bring your kiddos here, stay at a bed and breakfast in Culver, and then you could "get away" but still be close enough to take care of you little guys needs! We would love to see you anyway, any reason would do! We are thinking we need to head to Chicago sometime soon!
Mmmmm...creme brulee! Yes, with kids things start to take on a different meaning.
